Media-Host of Big Sis & Company-Focused on the issues a Public Access TV Talk show that discuss community issues. We cover issues such as depression, finances, domestic violence, child abuse, relationships, self esteem and more.

Education- We are a part of the Prince William County School Speaker's Association, to provide lectures, workshops, to teenagers on violence in relationships, and self esteem issues.

Outreach -Women's Group Facilitator for ACTS/Turning Points a Non Profit Domestic Violence Prevention and Awareness organization in Prince William County, VA.  In addition, we host community workshops, town halls, and seminars educating the public on domestic violence.  We have also started a National Campaign (A Good Look Campaign-Changing the face of domestic violence awareness) that seeks to present positive images of people showing support for domestic violence, as well as provide makeover services and beauty enhancements for victims of domestic violence.

ProgramsBoys to Men Empowerment Program (BTMEP)

Program Objective: To empower young men between the ages of 10-17 in our community to make positive life choices that enable them to maximize their personal potential and lead healthy non violent lives. Through collaborative programming with schools and other community-based organizations, we provide educational, social, and mentoring opportunities to enhance the academic performance, community connections, and career options of the youth.

The program has various parts and they are: One on One mentoring, Group Activities, Tutoring, Career Planning Health and Wellness, Suicide and Depression, Educational Assistance (For selected seniors only)

 Networking-We are connected with many local and national organizations that provide an array of services to the public.
